Guangzhou V-SOLUTION Technology Co., Ltd.(V-SOLUTION or V-S in short form) was founded jointly by Netherlandish Venture Capital and 5 senior people in the field of telecommunication network in April 2007. Dedicated to optical fiber communication and VoIP gateway access products research and development, production and sales. Members of the top management have averagely 15 years management experience in marketing, research & development of telecommunication network products.

V-SOLUTION currently employs over 40 R&D engineers, among which master's degree in accounting for 20% and 11 are senior engineer certificate holders. With an average of over 10 years professional experience, the engineers have a good knowledge of communication network protocols and have rich experiences in developing products with embedded Linux, VxWorks and ARM/MIPS based CPUs.

The company has strong R&D capability so that ODM business such as communication network products with high difficulty and with combination of hardware and software can be confidently contracted.

V-SOLUTION got the certification of ISO9000:2000 Quality Management System in May 2008 and got the certification of ISO9000:2008 in November 2010. It was also certified as Software-Enterprise in June 2009.got the high and new technology enterprise certificate in 2011, V-SOLUTION has acquired 13 items of Copyright of Computer Software, 5 items of Registration of Computer Software, 3 item of authorization of Utility Model Patent，2 appearance design patent authorization, and 1 item of authorization of Patented Invention since its creation. The company had more than 20 ODM contracts with 10 famous communication enterprises including 9 listed companies in China and one foreign company, and more than 20 products has been developed.
